Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–5 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
